I thought I would write to you to let you know how satisfied I have been both with the service and also the deliverables from my recent contract with Indigo Office . The relaxed manner you demonstrated when faced with my company's legal departments scrutiny of the contract was typical of the thoughtful and confident approach you have. The transcriptions were inch perfect: not an easy job with so many international accents, a very amateur DVD recording of the training session and not least the highly technical nature of the content to contend with. The speedy turnaround time, and flexibility in working to my deadlines rather than simply yours, was fantastic and thoroughly appreciated. Also, the clarity of communications was another key ingredient in making the undertaking a pain-free and confidence boosting experience.
