Indigo Office has consistently provided a high quality and very reliable service to MPS Risk Consulting.  The volume of work sent can be unpredictable, yet on all occasions it is dealt with quickly.  The office is helpful and the obvious flexibility that is built in to assist with deadlines is reassuring.  There is clarity at all times about what is possible in terms of turn around times and this helps with work planning.

The nature of the work which we deal with necessitates a good grasp of medical terminology and Indigo Office demonstrates this on each occasion.  The accuracy cannot be faulted and in fact Indigo Office often provide prompts and reminders to ensure that the dictation has been interpreted correctly.  This is always well received.
